We started the day with some cleaning and then opened our new Christmas gift a bit early. We purchased (on black Friday) a Instant Pot cooker that also is a rice cooker and I can do vegan yogurt in it. The last is what really sold me on it. So tomorrow we will get a starter and try that. Today we put carrots, potatoes, and onions in it for 10 minutes. The flavors fused and they were oh so good. We have much more to learn about using it.
I did get the second Santa suit done and have started on another project.
