Here the denim socks are finished and several of you pointed out where the repeat is. Thank you. One photo has the repeat as close as possible, while the other has the socks pictures as will be worn.
I like those socks! No matter the stripes don’t match! Makes me want to get out my balls of denim yarn and knit some but I have two pair on the needles that should be finished first.
Thank you – interesting how we all work differently. I can have several quilts in progress, but I can’t start another pair of socks until I have finished the pair on the needles. Maybe I’ll try again to have more than one pair going. It would be nice to always have a pair that doesn’t take thought for the car ect, though lately, I’m having to do the driving.
Thank you —Knitting is a skill easily learned. You can find a friend, or a class or even use youtube. Just a little patience and you’ll be making your own socks in short time. Try a wash cloth for your first project.
I think those socks would be perfect for me. I know I’ve never seen this yarn at my shops (of course I probably never looked for it lol), but I wear jeans a lot and these would be perfect. To me they match fine. I’m like you on having many quilts started, but only one pair of socks on needles at a time.

I think this yarn could be 10 years old, so maybe that’s why you don’t have any.
