Today, we decided that perhaps summer will come, so went to Lowe’s and purchased enough peat moss and sand to fill our hoop house boxes back to the top. Over the years, as I’ve taken produce and weeds out, the quantity of the boxes has diminished.
I also decided on another sock project. Somehow my hands feel lonely without yarn in them. Mostly, I’ve been spinning, but it is time for knitting again. There is no particular pattern as I just knit 6, purl 2 on 64 stitches. And since I didn’t easily find where they match, (still haven’t), I’m just making them “cousin” socks. I’ll be wearing them, so it doesn’t really matter.
