I finished last night by putting 10 pints of garbanzos in the pressure canner. As soon as their 75 minutes were up, stove was turn off and they were taken off the burner. This way I didn’t have to wait for them to cool. And now we have garbanzos cooked for the next month. When I run out of beans, I like to cook a large batch and then can the rest for later when I don’t feel like cooking them.
I started the soda bottles for the quilt. There are 11 to do and I have 4 done. I really like the old bottle look.
