July first GARDEN PRODUCE

 Starting the second half of the year today, we harvested

A large bowl of beets and greens

three large zucchini piled on top.

The kale is way ahead of me.

I put 4 trays of parsley in the dehydrator because we are not keeping up.

Then I picked 5 1/2 pounds of blueberries for our first picking.   It looks like we might be picking for 3 weeks, but of course that will depend on the weather.

 This little fellow was so happy to get a bath.   He didn’t even need much water. Just the bit that the deck collects in the dips.

PS.  For you who were trying to lose 5# last month.  Did you have success?    I only lost one pound, but better than gaining.   I’m trying for more this month.
