Sunday and Seahawks

Yes, they lost.   But there’s another year and quite honestly, I thought the teams were well matched.

Here is a great humus recipe:  2 cups canned garbanzos drained, 1/3 cup sunflower seeds, 1 T lemon juice, add seasonings.   Blend well.

I did get this quilt on the machine and ready to quilt

And I have now turned the heel and am working the insteps.

P.S.  I love to hear from you.  Feel free to use the comments box as it makes me feel more connected to you.

Did you make your hummus in a blender or food processor? I’ve tried to make it one time but never could get it smooth in my blender. My daughter keeps telling me I need a Ninja or something better.

I use a Vitamix which is quite powerful. The one thing I notice about humus is that it does thicken when refrigerated so I have to be sure and have enough liquid in it when I make it.
