Knitting update

IMG_3562This was the lovely view coming down the hill to our home this morning after my workout at the gym.  We live just over the hill you see at the end of the road.

This is my end of the week knitting report for 11/20/15.    I now have two pair of socks that are past the instep and ready to be finished when I don’t have to think.     Someday soon, I’ll get a finish.  A good time to do mindless knitting is when I’m a passenger in a car.

It has been a good week.   Finishes included the monogrammed pumpkins which have been delivered for Thanksgiving, the owls for the boys, the pillow for one birthday, 2 pillowcases for the other, a tote for yet another birthday, and the quilting on a quilt that has waited for over a year.   I’ve tried to get things done by today, since Sunday starts a week filled with a birthday lunch, appointments, and Thanksgiving.   And the next week is surgery.   So this may be the end of much productivity for a while.
