A birthday and Friday

It’s Friday already and I am a bit  much behind this week.   We are already past the middle of the month and I have not achieved much on my list.  And my house keeping skills are now in question.  Maybe Sunday, I can visit the sewing studio again.

The hoop house is now watered and the Swiss Chard has been picked.  Next week I’ll pick the parsley and the kale.  Since the weather is staying mild, foods are still growing.

We did get 3 loads of laundry done and the floors are swept and mopped.   The animals are fed.  Sabbath has come and the rest will wait.

We are truly blessed that we even have a house to be concerned about when there are so many without.  In addition, our children have blessed us with their extra caring and company throughout this past week.  We realize once again how important our loved ones are.    Hug yours often.

We had a wonderful time at the birthday party at Paneras. – Of course, I was having such a good time that I forgot to take photos.   But the ladies all loved the bowl cozies and the zucchini relish that I tucked inside.  And we had a good visit.   We only get to see each other annually, so have a lot of catching up to do.

Shabbat Shalom to each of you.
