These are just plain boring brown socks as requested. The most interesting thing about them is the yarn, which is Regia superwash wool. They are 100 gram balls (guess there will be 2 pair). 75% wool, 25% polyamide. It is dimensionally stable, hard-wearing machine washable up to 40 degree C, no felting, dryer proof and 10 YEAR Regia Guarantee This is the first yarn that I have come across with a 10 year guarantee.

This can be made to fit either sizes of the tissues now available.

If you prefer not to add the bias tape, you can layer them, outside face up, backside face down, and put the inside on top. Sew down the 6″ side and turn to right, between the inside and outside pieces. Top stitch 1/2″ from seam

Lunch was Expresso enchiladas at Rio Blanco. They are loaded with vegetables: celery, onions, mushrooms, and a couple others, plus rice. They make them with corn for those who can’t have wheat. Excellent.
