All 4 of these bee boxes are now painted. Tomorrow, I will check and see if we need to add another to either or both of the hives.Have you ever thought about how much time we spend on food? Now if we could just eliminate that little detail, we’d have more time for other things. This morning we went to the grocery store, came home and put all those items away………..after, I washed all the fresh food, made about 4 gallons of fresh salad, which will only last a week. I was so hungry for fresh greens. Then it was lunch time and we ate.
Someday, I want to move, so I’ve evaluated what would be the most difficult in my sewing studio to keep straight in a move. All these bits and pieces would. So this afternoon, I sewed many strips together and then cut them with the above June Taylor ruler.

Lunch was Expresso enchiladas at Rio Blanco. They are loaded with vegetables: celery, onions, mushrooms, and a couple others, plus rice. They make them with corn for those who can’t have wheat. Excellent.
I keep hoping at least one of you will join me in making a pair of socks. Here is the latest finish,

This 56 x 72′ quilt was Quiltbug’s 2014 Super Bowl mystery quilt. It is now quilted, but not bound. I haven’t decided yet who will get this one.. I rather like it and the print is from Mother’s collection. As soon as I decide on a label, I’ll bind this quilt. Or maybe I’ll bind all but the corner the label where the label will be placed as I like to sew the label into the binding.
This evening we had another box of bananas that were ripe enough to put in the freezer plus 1/2 of the dehydrator trays. I’m guessing the other 3 boxes will be ready tomorrow and possibly Monday morning.
